Step 1. Contact Me
Please fill out our questionnaire to tell me the basics about your trip. I'll be in touch within 24 hours, and we'll have a conversation to decide if we're a good fit! If we are a good fit, pay my retainer fee, and I will begin the magic and start researching your destination and requirements.
Step 2. The Research
While researching your options, I will contact you with any questions I may have about creating a customized itinerary for your ideal vacation. I will present two options based on your travel dreams, interests, and investment. Next, together we will work to refine those options. Your feedback is crucial to exploring the possibilities and finalizing every detail until you are completely satisfied.
Step 3. Booking
Working with my partners, I will book everything for you after giving the final approval for your custom itinerary – (right down to your dinner reservations if you wish)!
Step 4. Travel Prep
About one month before your trip, I will present your final confirmed itinerary through a custom itinerary app. I provide everything you need for your trip, from destination information to places to eat, local hot spots, and much more.
Step 5. Enjoy Your Vacation!
I check in with you while on vacation and am available for any assistance you may need. I'm your personal concierge. We will give you all of the contact information you need and handle any situation as quickly as possible! (More information will be provided closer to travel.)
