I used Marchette Travel for my Honeymoon; the care and dedication she gave were exceptional. We had problems with our flights and missed our connection and our first night on our cruise. Jeannine was excellent; she was up with us throughout the night, got us rebooked on a flight, caught up with the cruise, and got us a 2 category upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with a butler.
